Lights Upgrade

Hi
Could you give me some advise on upgrading my lighting I have Juwell Rekord 96L tank with single tube and would like to convert it to a double tube set up to assist the plants in the tank.
Your Help would be appreciated

I had asked them (juwel) this when I was planning my DIY and they said their smaller tanks were not targeted at the 'planted' tank market or something to that effect....
