lights on at night

is it bad to leave your tank lights on at night? i sometimes use it as a nightlight just incase i need to get up at night w/o turning on brighter lights

Your fish will go mad if the lights are always on

they need darkness at night to sleep too...

You shjould invest in a smaller lamp and leave it open somewhere else in the room to give your fish some rest

yeah, i guess i'd go crazy if the lights were on all the time too. thanks for the info

Algaes will probably increase massively if lights are on more than 10h in day.
