Lighting?

Asked this on the general forums.. and guessing it was on the wrong one since no answers lol.

I have a 3foot long 2 foot high 45 gallon tank i want to do a new planted setup with.

Is a 36" T5H0 with 2 bulbs (roughly 72 watts) going to be enough for some swords and few other simple plants?

Have everything ready for the setup just not the lights and would rather start out right.

That is roughly 1.5 WPG which is fine. Just don't go over 2 WPG or you''ll probably have to add C02 or the only thing you'll grow is algae.
