hi, anyone know where i can get a 3.5 foot, or 42inch T8 tube from (or 2!!), that is preferably not an aquatic shop as i dont want to pay more than £5 per tube!!! i have glanced at places like lampspecs but to no avail but was wondering if anyone could give me a link. i would like it to be NOT white. preferably daylight (6500K) or maybe slightly pinker as in a 'plant grow'

most globes are available in 3ft or 4ft lengths. Not many companies make 3.5 ft globes.

i know its a ####. i need to get them for my rio 240. some places do 42 inch but they are always white. not daylight. and i dont think white will look good. if someone has white lights, post a pic!!

juwel it looks as though you may have to buy a juwel replacement, thats why they do this, there rather clever

If it's one of the Juwel non-standord length tubes you have two main options. Juwel or Arcadia. Niether are likely to be found for under £5 (or £10 for that matter) Keep shopping arround, but you will probibly find your search fruitless

t5's are now sorted, i just need to find 2 1049mm t8's. i can find them but not on lamp specs and i dont want all my tubes to be white!
