I have successfully moved my fish over to the bigger tank now, they all seem to be ok but, the barbs (pentazona) are hiding away most of the time, thought it was just because of the move, had to do some bits in tank so no lights on and they came out and swam around as normal, so turned light back on and again they hide.
So at the mo. my lights are turned off, i only have a single tube in the hood its a standard 14w.
Is there a better light for the tank, i really just want to replace the tube if poss. the tank they came from had an 11w T5, i had covered some of the defuser in that one to lower the light but its not possible in the new one.
Any ideas??
