I am thinking of buying this product from ebay,
what do you think??
I have a 4 by 12 by 18 tank and want to keep some nice plants?

The light spectrum @ 14000K is a bit high for my liking. More sutiable for my SW tank. I'm also not very keen on what seems to be only one reflector for all the bulbs. The real beauty of T5s is having individual reflectors for each bulb. The difference is astounding, especially with HO bulbs.

I have a 3x24w version of one of these and for the money its excellent. You might need to change the bulbs on this one, for ones more suitable for plants, but that can be done relatively cheaply.

The reflector thing isn't a real issue, yes its not idea or probably as effect as the curved ones, but I'm very happy with my one, its like a mirror too more so than the Arcadia reflectors I've seen.
