I have a juwel rio 125 tank , i am thinking of getting 2 of these tubes

As i am stuill learning about this , will they be compatible with the hood of the rio 125 ( i know i have to buy the correct size ) i was wondering about the starter etc .....

any ideas anyone ?

My tank is approx 30 us gallons & the tubes are 2 x 18 watt.

They will work fine in a Rio as will any T-8 tube.

As long as you get the same wattage as the ones you're replacing they will be fine.

I think the ones on the rio 125 are 24", mine are 18watt (the ones that came with it).
It says on the bulb 590mm which is just under 24" but they should be fine. I was going to replace mine with those too.
