Lighting Upgrade

I'm in need of a light upgrade my current light died today . I have a 29 gallon tank that i'm trying to plant. Any recomendations on what lights i should get. I want to spend as little as i can but as much as i need to. I have 2 - 13 watt spiral bulbs hanging over it now till I make a choice on my new lights so I don't want to wait too long

I have all low light plants now but would like to try some others I was thinking about the coralife 2x65W

That fixture would be OK but you'd be in highlight territory, so you'd need lots of CO2, nutrients and decent substrate. In other words EI
