Lighting Schedule Required

I have upgraded my Juwel and wounder if someone can suggest a lighting schedule. I read on some forum a schedule but cannot find this anywhere. I have the 2x 30w T8 tubes in the centre on a timer.

I have a T8 tube on the rear hood on a timer

I have a T5 tube on the front hood on a timer


Do I simply run all thelights for 10 hrs or have some on and off or what for best results and little algae.

10hours straight

siesta periods dont work and algaea can adapt to it so your plants will benefit from a unbroken photperiod. Or you could have a midday burst where there is more light through the middle.
