Right now I have a power-glo and an aqua-glo 24" T8 in a Roma 125L. I believe the that power-glo is more aimed at SW than FW, so can I swap that one out?

I have 8 live plants, 2 each of bacopa, ludwigia, wisteria and valis spiralis. I don't know the light requirements of these plants, but at the moment the lights come on around 8.30am (allowing for daylight to have come in and thus not shock the fish), then off around 11.30am (plenty of ambient daylight), back on around 2.30pm until 7.30pm.

I'm wanting to add moonlight or blacklight, how will these affect the plants?

I used to run my tank on 2 powerglo tubes, plants were fine, but the tank looked washed out.

Choose a tube that suits the colours you want to add to the tank, plants will be fine.

Ok thanks =) Didn't want to end up with leggy, weak, pale plants (would be my luck lol, just like the cress in the dark at school all those years ago).
