Lighting Questions

ok i have had my 90 gallon tank for some time now and have bin looking at others for cool ideas in how to make mine look better i came across led moon lighting that just makes a tank look really good but is it healthy for my fish (peacocks and zebras)? or is it for only at night usage? or could i be able to switch back and forth from the led moon light to my regular white lighting?

moon lighting is for night. What can make a tank look good is actinic lighting. It's fine for fish. It really makes the blues stand out.
