Lighting Question...

hello..

what's the best lighting for a planted tank?

some people use 3 colors RED,BLUE,GREEN.

and some people use metal halid..

somepeople use COOL WHITE,

and i use 2 cool white and 1 called brulux.. im not sure about the typing..


so, what's best?

You'll get some advise there on what lighting to use. Use a mixture of bulbs to get the best effect.
