Lighting On My Low Tech 30Gal?

hi im new to planted aquariums and was wondering what type of leds i should use. I have a 30 gallon breeder and i was planning of having a few amazon swords and java moss on the right side of my tank. I do have a turtle so i was looking to get maybe a small led clip on light so do you think a 48 led light would do the job or should i get something else? i am also looking for something cheap 25$ max, any answer would be great thanks for the help!

The tank it lights has Amazon Swords in it and they're thriving.  It's also waterproof and can be mounted on the glass rather than in the hood if desired.
