Lighting Help Please!

1.Ok firstly my lighting current is 18 Watt 14000k= Is this ok for plants???

2.I bought 18 Watt thinking it'a 7100k(LFS Said) but on the tube it's self it says 18 Watt 14000k/7100k. On the box it says Tube PL-18w cool white 7100K/Bio-Lux 8000k.... What do you guys think???
