Lighting Confusion

Alright, I'm looking to downgrade my lighting from 65 watts to 36 watts in my 20 gallon planted tank. I will be going low tech.

But.. I'm a bit confused. This is what I have now: http/www.thatpetplace.com/Products/KW/F3...7/Itemdy00.aspx

It says it is for salt water aquariums, but the light in it seems to be the same as the one I have now, just smaller. It says the 36 watt bulb is 6700k and that is what my 65 watt is. Also, When I look up the 36 watt bulb separate from the whole unit, it shows up in the fresh water section . What gives? Am I right in saying that it will be fine for freshwater and plants?

EDIT: Bah nevermind...I did some more research on other sites and I think the 36 is for saltwater: http/www.elmersaquarium.com/h107_aqualight_freshwater.htm The 36 watt ain't on here, but appears on the salt water table.
