Led ? I brought this up on the forum a few weeks ago. I have a spare orb tank and was gonna try and grow plants in but every one said led wouldn't be good enough.

My advice is anything like a bulb / tube would be best not led.
I did buy 2 led lights and tried to grow java fern and other planets from a pet shop the pet shop said it would never grow and it never. I then put the plants in my 4ft tank with tube ( white ) lighting and now my plants are growing.

By the way you can get pink light or white light ( Main thing to know about plants is lighting )
The white lights / tubes make the plants grow fast the pink lights which standard fish tanks have show of the colors of the fish i realized that when i was 9 with my first fish tank.
So i would go down the tube road not led and the white road
10 years with white tube lighting and plants growing fast and happy fish no water changes what so ever ether.

That's just my advice

That light will grow most plants in a 12 ltr, it's quite a nice little LED. I haven't seen them in APS before, reasonable price as well.

not quite true, there are many many things to take into account when growing aquatic plants.

The white lights / tubes make the plants grow fast

not true either, plants will grow under almost any light, they adapt and don't really care what spectrum they are under.
