Lighting 10,000 Or 6700 For Fw Plants

10,000k daylite or 6700 daylite

which 1 is gd for fw plants and wont cause lots of aglae

and i have an actinic light bulb..does that cause lots of aglae or it dont matter if u have this, thx?

I'd go for 6700K personally, and avoid the actinic.
