Light Too Bright !

Hello all,

I have recently started transferring fish from my old tank to my new, parameters are the same as its the same water, temps have been matched etc..

However; it is very obvious that the fish don't like the new tank and try to hide away under roots and rocks...

I am putting this down to the brighter T5 lighting ??


I had T8 before and they had not problem but this seems to be too bright for them..


Any suggestions..

add more plants where they can hide, it will be more of a safety concern at the minute, but they should get used to it after a while.
