A liger is a cross of a lion and a tiger cinder in the name i just saw it on the news so i think i should show u guys its grows bigger than 13 foot and wights 1/2 a ton look

That same picture was in the paper today, that liger is massive it stood up tall and must be about 15ft easy. :flex: :eek:
 
I used to own a shop at a renaissance fest. for a few years and I lived on site during the show (2 months long) like most rennies and there were ligers there. The fair took place in the woods and most of our shops were permanent structures with living quarters either above or behind the shops. Laying in bed i could hear them roar in the middle of the night. It was ethereal.
 
Ligers sure are gorgeous, and thats a cool pic. But I'm still totally against breeding them because a) very few facilities are equipped to properly handle big cats B) they serve no practical purpose for conservation and c) I don't know of any reputable facility that ever bred 'em. But, nice pics nonetheless ;-)
