Smily this!
I was at my LFS today, its a family owned shop and is really cheap and really good on advise, also its very rare to see a dead fish in there tanks but today! there were dead fish everywhere! in the blue ram tank there were about 20 or so dead and the ones that were alive didnt look to good at all, goldfish were dieing, heaps of mollys and barbs were dead and dieing, i couldnt belive it.
She said she changed the water at 8am this morning before the shops opens, but she only did about 30 out of about the 60 tanks, then it was 9am and she was open but still changeing water as people were coming and going. I went there at about 1pm and the place was packed and she was stressing, she was serving people and the fish were dieing as she was doing it, she wouldnt let anyone buy from the tanks that she changed water from though. After everyone left we had a look around the place and notice everytank that had a water change had dead fish, and most of the tanks had about 90% dead fish in them. It has to be somthing in the water because all the other tanks were fine, i felt sorry for her because she was stumped as to what to do and it always hits the small family owned fish shops as well.
