Levels In My Tank Help Me

just done a check 2 see what the levels are in my tank with a easy test ( interpet ) testing kit and the reading come as this

nitrite -- 0.1 mg/l
ph come as a blue that wasnt on the sheet of colours
ammonia ---0.0 mg/l
an the bad 1 was nitrate --- 75mg/l

how do i get this level down water keeps going green aswel

Need to look at the size of tank in gallons or lites.
Full stocking list of how many fish and which type.
What filter do you use.
What your maintaince routine on the tank.
