Levels Are 2 High

the no2 and no3 are to high in my tank how do i get them back down i did about a 20% water change last nite an their still the same ?

How long has it been set up?

I suspect your tank is a new tank so you are experiencing a cycle. Read up on the cycle process if you haven't all ready.

the tank is 80 cm wide by 36 ish deep an 46 high been set up for about 3 months with fish
