Lethargic Betta :(

Just worried about the little guy.

Tank temp hit 30 degrees c today, and I just realised the heater was too big for the tank. So, I've swapped it for a 50w - water stats are fine.

However, he's just hovering near the surface. He's been active all week charging round the tank...

Any suggestions?

Have you tried taking some water out and putting some fresh in? This usually is what I do before I consider anything else.
