Love the look of you tank my silver tigers don't come out very much but i'm hopefully gonna buy some more bogwood this weekend and add that see if it helps
Love the look of the tank too very nice black sand is pretty sweet![]()
I found all the pieces at local stores. Just look around and eventually you will find some nice ones.Nice tank, it looks good I'm thinking about doing a set up much like yours. Where did you find the wood?
I never realized how nice the tank would look with that dark substrate and dark background. As many say, you just can't appreciate it unless you see it in person. I am just blown away at the beautiful fish I seem to have!I much prefer tanks with dark substrates over the lighter ones. I still prefer the larger bit of wood, although i can understand that it was really dominating the tank to the point you looked at that more than the fish, so understand why you removed it.
Ive also got a Palmas i just dont see it that much as its about half the size of my Senegal and i think its scared lol
That was the point.first set up with the black sand and a bit more greenery would of looked smashing!!!!! Not too sure about the new set up. seems a bit..........bare!
She looks really good right now. Really green, which I wasn't expecting. I was expecting more yellow, but the green is really nice.Woah, big changes. The tank looks great though especially since you can actually view the fish now.
Just can't wait for that palmas to color up.![]()
