Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Could it be an injury?
Does the lip look bleached out.
Does the lip look swollen.
Is the top lip rotting away.
Has he knocked his lip on anything in the tank.

i cant see anything he could have knocked it on and it seems strange that 2 should knock themselves around the same time.
the whiteness has cleared up on some as i have been using an antifungal however two seem to still have it, fluffy white stuff hanging off.
and yes it does appear as if the top lip is rotting to a certain degree.

Once the mouth starts to rot you are best ending the fish suffering.

If there no improvement with the med I would stop using it.

For columnaris in the uk myxazin by waterlife and pimafix.
