Are the Leiarius Pictus cat fish buggers for eating other fish?? cost me £65 and is beutiful.. but just need to know sum specs on em if anyone knows owt??

Like all pimeloid catfishes they will eat anything that can fit into their quite sizable mouth, which for a catfish that reaches 24" means anything under and up to 6" is food.
This particular cat needs a very wide tank, its barbels will grow to the length of the fish and if they touch both sides of the tank at once all the time the fish will panic and try to escape the tank, a tank with a minimum 36" width is recomended for adult fish.
