I wouldnt, they look to be saltwater lights which cause algae issues. Look for the 18 to 24 inch Current LEDS (Not the LED+), they are wonderful

Yep, marine

Ideal for a marine fish/ inverts/ soft coral reef set up.

Ah, completely overlooked that. I went digging on the ones you suggested but I couldn't find any under 90, and honestly that's a little more then I want to pay if I can help it. Look like really nice systems though.

I dont have the Current LED but I know people who do with planted tanks. Aww t 12 inches PAR is 36 and if you have a 15g long, it is 12 inches deep. Plus you have 1 1/2-2 inches of sub, so I would say PAR is 38-40 which is about medium to low light. For the plants you want, it should be perfect. It also has settings like moonlit and storm, which is cool. This is the light Im putting on my 15g but in the 24-36 inch size

Sounds good! I'm definitely saving it for when I start up my tank. Thank you so much! :)
