Led Lighting

I have plenty of planted tank experience but not led experience.  What would be a medium lighting level on a 10g?  I was looking at this http/www.amazon.com/TrueLumen-Aquatic-LED-10-Inch-4-12000k/dp/B003XXE9LW/ for a 10g, betta, planted tank.

For 10 gallons medium light you would need a light output of about 2000 lumens.  For a LEd lamp that works out to about 20 watts.  I cannot comment on Truelumen because I have never purchased their product and because they don't list the power of light output levels.
