Got a small tank all set up for a betta and getting some cheap LED light strips for it, will jave moss survive in these? i know plants need light from a certain spectrum but i have no idea if leds are varied or narrow spectrums. did any of that make sense?lol

So long as they are not really dim and if they peak in the blue and red wavelengths then yes it should work.
But as you have mentioned you and I don't know the specification of the LEDs so I can say 100%.
Best way to know if it works is to try it. :)

I've got a 60 litre with a 24 led strip (which I got off E bay)in it. I have vallis, amazon sword and cabomba growing in it and they are doing well. Hope that helps :good:

Thanks its the ones off ebay im getting im not trying to grow the mosses just don't want it dying and rotting. so should be ok :)
