Led Lighting Question.

Hi I'm looking to get some blue LED lighting for my tank (80cm long x 35cm wide x 45cm high. Volume 125 litres) and i was wondering if anyone could advise me on how many i should get? it's between 1 12" or 2 12". Some of my fish seem to like mid lighting so I thought it would give me a good option to provide dimmed lights so I can make it go from dark to light over time rather than instantly.
