Are there any problems with using lead plant weights to keep plants on the bottom? I normally use plastic suction cups but bought some lead weight strip for 50p, and am trying to decide if I should use it or not.

I have used those and they haven't caused any harm to my fish...
If you dont want to use them then just bury the plant roots under the gravel

Bomag your signature cracks me up. It's nice to remind people to think about adult sizes when buying fish.
