Lawnmower blenny

How are these guys supposed to act? I have never had one, and frankly, I think he has a "screw loose". Can anyone that has one clue me in?

Very slim chance it could eat corals. Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F). The Sailfin Blenny, Lawnmower Blenny is commonly collected from the Indian Ocean.

They are funny. Mine tries to eat the glass, or so it appears, really going after algae on the glass. They have real personalities.

okay, that is good to know. Mine also swims quite irregularly and with no apparent rhyme or reason.......yours do that too?/

Oh, that sounds odd. Mine perches on rocks, but swims with a purpose always ... more algae, more algae!

Well maybe his purpose is known to him, but I guess since I have never had one before maybe I am just being a little too worrysome???
