I bought the laterite i need for my tank today.
I am going to put playsand as my substrate and wanted to know, should i mix the laterite layer with play sand or get a fine gravel and mix with that and put the play sand on top?
Also am setting up 2 nutrafin Co2 kits tomorrow, will 1.45 WPG work with it for now or will I need to get to 2 WPG ASAP.
Its a 55G tank
