So last year I was tempted by Electric Blue Rams as my friend had got one for his Discus tank. Well, he bought two but one when downhill very quickly unfortunately. However, the remaining one made me want some but I was concerned as I know how difficult they can be to keep alive even in the right conditions. Well, I went to Barnsley with my mum back in June intending to just "Look but not touch(buy)" and well... I was a bit naughty XD I came home with my babies
They aren't Electric Blues as although I still love them I do like the Gold Rams a teensy bit more
Besides, the Electric Blues were £16.95 each whereas the Golds were £8 each or two for £14
I only had £30 and needed to get frozen food too(for both fish and snakes) so couldn't afford the Electric Blues anyway lol.
So, here's some photo's on my babies
They've bred twice but ate the eggs both times which I was expecting
The first time they ate them within the hour and the second time they had them for 2 days before eating them
They are amazing at defending them but they obviously are a little inexperienced right now
Male.
When I first got him, in the bag and just after release.
Now.
Female.
When I got her.
(She moves too much hence less photo's of her)
Now.
Hope you like them I got them on the 14th June
