Larvae in my tank what is it?

Hi, today I've found and removed some sort of larvae from my 25gallon tank. I have guppies, tetras and a few corydoras. I've cleaned my tank just a few days ago, vacuumed the sand and gravel, the tank is always pretty clean. I didn't put anything new in it recently either. I can't find any pictures of this specific larvae so don't know what it is. Any ideas?

maybe a bloodworm that came out of its cocoon. It looks dead so don't worry too much. If it's not dead, take it out and drop it in the garden.
