Largest Tank You Would Keep In A Bedroom?

are you asking about weight issues or asthetic issues?

weight wise: the heaviest tank my floor would support. here's a pretty good page about that

asthetically: the largest tank I could afford of course

Yes I've read that before. I was just asking what you guys personally would be comfortable with gallons wise(weight being the issue).

Ive had a 55g in a upstairs apartment before. but now my wife will not let me have any tank in the bed room.

I have a 55 in my room... second floor... just read up and my sure you put it in the right place!

well wehn i lived at home i added some 3x6 under my room and had a 150, 75, 55, 29, 29, 10,10,25sw.
when i moved in with my gf (currently wife) she let me keep the 150 in out living room but i had to get rid of the rest. im planning on getting my 2yr old a 10gal for christmas. that was about the age my dad got me my first 10 and started on my first of many money blowing hobbies

I had 2 56G and 1 36G in my bedroom but that was years and years ago when I was still living at home, wouldn't dream of putting a fish tank in the bedroom nowadays, plus I think the Mrs might have something to say about fish tanks in the bedroom. Size wise though 4ft/56G though is ok I suppose depending on the size of the room.
