Large Custom Aquariums

What are some good places to buy custom aquariums in the USA?
I'm looking into buying a large (hopefully at least 300 gallon) aquarium as soon as I find a house, but I have little scope of how much this should cost. I haven't seen any of that size on Ebay, and Marineland only goes up to 265. I've read that the prices rise sharply past a certain size, but I hope 300 isn't quite there yet. Would $1500 or so cover a tank and stand? I can probably rent a truck and have a few friends help me move it, so shipping doesn't matter.

Turtlegirl - I'm in Philadelphia. I wouldn't mind driving around a bit to pick it up though, can probably pick up from as far as Georgia or Maine.

I bought mine a few years ago from the Tanked guys at ATM, though I suppose their prices may have gone up a bit since then... I'm in the western states though.

Glass cages has been a staple for awhile. great recommendation.
1500 wont get you a 300 gall tank and stand new , more like 1200 just for the tank.
Many large tank combos exceed 3k for a good one.
Craigslist is your best friend in this search. Used is the best option.

This channel has also tutorials on how to build glass aquariums, canister and trickle filters, aquarium stands, and lots of other stuff.

I've built a massive filter following his instructions and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Well, this was just a plan for the next year, maybe more. I could probably find a few hundred dollars somewhere if I really decide on a bigger tank. I've never quite trusted craiglist, but I'll keep an eye out there too. Thanks for all of the replies!
