I'm almost afraid of what it means. They're out scavenging and moving about. I almost never see them so when I see two of them, it's a photo op. I did look at them though and I didn't see any signs of distress so I think they've finally decided to brave the open tank. It's just too bad lighting conditions and the limitations of my knowledge of the digital camera kept these from being better. That and I didn't clean the glass after the last water change.

awww how cute! i have a few myself and 2 of tem are eggbound...back in vancouver ...lol i donn know if they spawned yet cuz im in hongkong on vacation atm so hopefully they wont spawn until i get backand i hope they didnt eat the eggs if they did spawn

Very cute. I have mind boggling khuli stories, IME these guys are tough as nails.

It's ironic though they have been rare for almost a year and a half because of disease before they even get imported. I got mine at PetCo about 10 months ago. They only had 5 of them so I bought them all and hoped they would survive. Lucky for me (and them) I'm the one who got them and housed them properly.

I got some more pics of one feeding today. The other four were either hiding or too difficult an angle to get a pic of. Still working on getting better pictures.

They're adorable! It makes me excited for when I'll be getting mine. Just gotta wait for the tank to cycle. I don't want to take any chances.

Cool fish I just adore these fish. I plan on trying to breed these fish soon. I am in the process of seeing what all it takes. If anyone has any information on how to breed these fish with success please pm me..
