Kuhli Loach Weirdness

Came in late from the pub last night and looked in the aquarium - lights were off. There, floating at the surface, was a dead kuhli loach. It was bent like a banana. I was a tad upset as I've had it for years.

This morning it is grubbing around at the bottom as if nothing had happened. Gobsmacked!

Anyone else observed similar??

i've not had the exact same thing happen, but when i had kuhli's, they would all come out after lights out and just go round and round on the sides of the tank up towards the surface. no idea why they did it, but had them for a few years and they did this most nights?

very wierd story you got there. kuhli loaches do act a bit mad sometimes.

I bought two once and put them in my dads tank, never ever saw them again, assumed they were dead. untill two years later when he was cleaning out the gravel they popped out!!! alive and well and huge!!!
