Searching for a fahaka £700 & a tank
I have a pair of kribnesis things & the male will not let any fish near a pile of wood I have which formes a cve & the female will swim in turn upside down & thats all i can see are there eggs.
& soon to be put into brackish(yes they can go in brackish)

is there a question that you are asking?

also it is true that the river that kribs come from does have a brackish part to it, but the kribs themselves do not live in the brackish water areas because they do not like the salt. You should not put them in a brackish tank, they will not like it and get stressed out,

noone can tell you if they have eggs or not. But usually the female disapears for a week or so, and then after that time you will see her swimming with some wigglers.

I wouldnt even bother moving them, that will also stress them out. And if you do move them they minght not be a pair when you put them into the new tank. Ive herd of it happen before, just ask CFC, that happend with his kribs, at least I think it was his

I know that & I just wan't them healthy rather than breeding. -_-
um, then why do you want to move them? and if they are healthy they will breed, so no matter how much you minght not want them to they will.

Im still kind of connfussed as to what you are asking,

40g
5dps
1 fire mouth
5 catfish?????
2 silver dollars
15g
1 dp
2 kribs
soon 1 fig8

I move them if they don't like brackish but they may not mind it.
for example i know of kissing gouramies being kep in brackish same for clown loaches.
I will not add salt untill the fry hach.
my question was I'n your oppinion are they probably breeding.
ph 7.6
Hardness unkown but very high because of high calcium levls in my are.

they seem as the minght be. and dwarf puffers are not brackish by the way. And kribs should be kept in a 20 gallon or bigger.

Sorry to say, but you dont have very good stockings.

the silver dollars will get big, need to be in a group, like other barbs, around 6.
you should have 5 gallons per dwarf puffer and should be kept in a species only tank, so you having 6 total should have a 30 gallon tank just for them. You really shouyld find out what kind of catfish, as many of them grow huge. and the figure 8 puffer needs 30 gallons.

my stokink is fine I have mirrors for shoaling fish I have retreats for puffers the tiger barbs are moving & the kribs are only 2" long. I have various gizmos to ensure the saftey space health& sucurity of my fish.
and could some one just give me their oppinion on this(are my kribs breeding)
