Well my kribs were playing and guarding a half coconut shell for the last week or so.

Tonight I saw the baby fry, about 30 of them.

What do I do now?

I have planned to set up a 25L grow-out tank.

When do I take the babies out of the 125L community tank and put them in the 25L tank?

Would the babies grow to a reasonable enough size in the 25L tank to be put back in the main tank?

How often will my kribs breed and will I now and forever more have agressive parents?

Thanks for your help, and you can expect more questions ;)

Tim.

they can breed every 5 weeks or so. they will parent the fry for 3-4 weeks. 25l not really enough to get them to a decent size, unless you have a means of growing them to at least 1" I'd let them take their chances in the community.

They wont get very big in the 25L. You need at least 60 L, to get them anywhere. I would just leave them be. You will most likely have a couple survivors in the community tank. Congrats!
