Well im finally giving away my big kenyi male and his 3 babys, Im trading 2 of my babys to my neighbor for 2 of her Kribs (maybe), and the other two are going to a friend of mine. Now I really like the Kribs, dont get me wrong but, I have had my heart set on some rams, specially the germans ( well I like them all  they remind me of little mini blue gills  ) Now could I do a Pair of each? I know they are from two different ends of the boarder, but Im not sure which ones I would want.... They would be the only fish except for my barbs.

Thanks Megan

I've had a pair of kribs and a pair of Bolivian Rams in a 180 ltr community tank for over a year with no problems whatsoever.

As a newbie the advice I was given was that the Bolivians were slightly more hardy and adaptable in terms of water chemisry etc than the Blue/Germans

They are both pretty easy going fish, thats why I wasnt sure, I know they are from diff places so I wasnt sure.

I have Kribs & BG Rams in a 200 litre community with no issues whatsoever.

James.

i have Kribs and bolivian rams in a 100 litre but blue greman rams are harder to keep you need a much higher temperature for them and i think they are more aggressive then bolivian rams.
