Kribs And Angels

Hi all, I have 2 albino Kribs, I went into LFS last night too buy 2 Marbel Angels which looked lovely, but was told that the kribs may well beat up the angels? ? ? anyone got any views on this? I didnt realise this so being responsible I decided too gather some advice on here before buying anymore.

Only if they are a breeding pair of Kribs, in all my experiences mixing Kribs with Angels (and indeed community fish) I've never had a problem.

They'll be fine together.Kribs stay at the bottom and angels at the top anyway

Hmmmm, i would say go for it. But not all kribs are the same. I have 2 albino kribs right now ina tank with some 2 week old livebearer fry. The kribs dont even mess with them. The fry swim wherever they want. But i've also had a female krib beat up a sick discus. SO, it depends. If you tihnk it is worth it, i say go for it! Do what's right for the fish. You wna thtem to be happy, healthy, and thiriving? Do what's best in your mind.
