I have a male Kribensis and just added a female albino Kribensis to the same tank. The male has been pestering the female constantly. The female was lying in some floating plants and I thought it was dying but seems better now. Is this normal? Should they be kept together?

How large is the tank? Other stocking?

Move the decor around, for the moment, he could just be feeling that she is invading his territory.

Tank is 54 liters. I also have a few swordtails a peppered catfish a zebra loach and a couple of bristlenosed plecos. I just added an upside down pot to give the albino somewhere to hide. At the mo I hav the albino in a bag floating in the tank. Can I leave it like this overnight.

No, it will suffocate in the bag. Move the decor around and try letting it out.

Not trying to be mean to you, but your stocking is very bad:
* swordtails should have a 3+ ft tank
* peppered Corys should be kept in groups of 6+ and, in my opinion, need a 3+ ft tank
* zebra loaches are also schooling, so should be kept in groups of 6+ in a 3+ ft tank
* bristlenoses need at least a 3 ft tank, with no more than one male per 3ft tank
* kribs are aggressive, especially when breeding.. a pair should not have any tank mates in a 54 litre tank (which, I personally think is only suitable for breeding, not as a permanent home)

Basically, in a tank that size, I would not have expected anything else form the male.
