Kribensis Fry In Breeding Net?

hey...is it okay to put the kribensis fry in a breeding net in the same tank with their parents just until they get a bit bigger??? I think it would be easier to keep note on their food as well as siphoning the tank clean without the fear of sucking them up to...Also, i found it harder for the filter to function properly because i recently put a stocking over the intake so they wont get sucked up (previous experiences, saved most) but the filter is struggling with it on...
P.S. will the parents get stressed and try to enter the net? will it induce the parents to start breeding again?

Its good to keep the fry with thier parents for a couple of weeks so what I did was just get a peice of foam media for the filter and cut a hole in it to put over your intake...this will minimize the restriction on the filter and at the same time stop your fry from getting sucked up. I had the same problem as you but all my fry made it out alive after going through the filter twice. But just leave them in the tank and when doing water changes when u have fry dont use a suction just pail out some water to minimize the stress on the fish...it worked for me anyways. I'd think twice about taking them away from their parents too soon. This can cause aggression of the male towards the female because they want to breed again but the female isnt ready resulting in harm or death of the female...this is in extreme cases. Good luck. let me just say point blank, i do it. i always put my babies in a breeding net... actually once i see a female holding i put her in the net untill she spit the fry... they do fine

fyi i dont have kribensis i got demasoni n yellow labs

Kribs will gett stressed and try to eneter the net. Dont do it. Kribs are plenty hardy and will make it. Glad to see that they bred for you after all that trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!
