It certainly didn’t take long for my kribensis to get down to business. Less than 2 weeks after reintroducing the female to the male in the main tank they appeared with a small cloud of fry . For the first couple of days they kept near the bottom but they are now venturing higher in the water column, picking at the plants and décor presumably eating the micro organisms. They have survived for 3 days on the natural food in the tank but I have started off some brine shrimp to keep them growing. Any tips anyone for raising the fry?
What’s the best food?
How long to keep them with the parents?
How fast do they grow?
How long till you can sex them (the LFS have said they will take them when they can be sexed)?

Cheers

Mine have been venturing out for a few days now but today was the 1st day i managed to catch them on camera, i heard it depends on the PH to what sex the fry are "dont know if this is BS or if it has substance to it", feeding wise mine are in a community tank so its gonna be entirely upto the parents to raise them and there is no way of giving them brine shrimp as it has to 1st get past the tetras, gouramis etc.
