HELLO. THIS IS MY 1ST POST. I HAVE A 55 GALLON TANK WITH MOSTLY RAINBOW FISH, CLOWN LOACHES AND A KRIBENSIS PAIR. JUST RECENTLY I WAS WATCHING MY FEMALE KRIBENSIS THINKING SHE WAS TOO SKINNY. THEN I NOTICED MANY BABIES FOLLOWING HER. THEY APPEARED TO BE 1 DAY OLD. THEN I NOTICED THE PARENTS EATING THEM. I ATTEMPTED TO SAVE SOME BUT THEY WOULD HIDE IN THE GRAVEL. I HAVE REASEARCHED ON-LINE BUT I HAVEN'T FOUND THAT THIS FISH EATS THEIR OWN LIKE SOME OTHER FISH. HAS ANYONE DEALT WITH THIS?

If you want to save the fry then you can seperate them out and put them in another tank or a breeding net.

Kribs generally do care for their young but sometimes it takes them awhile to figure it out. If this is thier first batch just let them get on with it. It might take them a couple of spawns to figure out that eating their young is not the best way to look after them :)

On a side note all capitals in your message does make it very hard to read.
