Just curious - the other day while feeding the fish in the 55 gallon, my male krib turned almost totally white. His stripe was almost undetectable and his pink belly gone. Looked like he saw a ghost! Within 20-30 seconds he regained some color and then within a few minutes looked mostly normal again.

He's not a shy fish and will often take part in the feeding frenzy created by the congos.

Anything I should be concerned about? Typically, when he is stressed or excited his belly gets a deeper shade of pink.

Just want to be sure he's in tip top shape for Sunday - which is the day his "lady" gets introduced to the tank!

mine change colors all the time, and they are fine. I wouldnt think anything of it.

Yeah that is very common with Kribs. I would only worry about it if he remains pale.
