Krib Question

Thank's to anyone who answers my Question is this male or female i think it's a male but unsure i have a big Male hes different but also different to my Young Females so am lost

i have posted this in wrong place i hope i but it in right place now

Is this a mature fish?

about 2 Inch in Size and no there youngish

I think it's a female - from what I've read the tail of a male is more pointed, kinda spear shaped, and the top fin is also definitely pointed, whereas the female's are more rounded. I dug up some photos:

Yep definately a female, the males tail fin is very different and their overall shape is longer. Nice fish!

dam i have been hopeing it's a male i got 4 Krib's a while Ago ment to be 2 Males 2 females but i i said to him looks like 3 Females but he said no there deffo 2x male 2x female hence asking i go back as i had to mail order these fish as not often u see them around here

i made my self believe it was a male cause i needed it to be

Well if its any consolation its better to have 3 females than 3 males, there would be some serious aggression going on if that was the case!

i'm from a little village on north east coast about 20 miles from middlesbrough

i have only ever found one place that sell's krib's but was all males left and he said females are hard to get so i ordered them from a place near me and took 2 weeks to get them
