Hello.

I've introduced a pair of kribs into my tank about 10 days ago. The female has coloured up dramatically, but the male still hasn't, and he is regularly getting chased and rammed by the female.

I've read that sometimes this happens before they pair, and at other times it's just becuase they won't get on and simply will not pair.

How do I work out when it's time to change one of them? and should I change either the male or the female?

At the moment I'm favouring the female. The last day she's been agressive with a lot of the other fish. She's chasing the cory's and the glowlights as well.

Thanks

Steve

It's best to start off with a few fish and let a pair form from them - that way aggression is spread out as they establish themselves.

Kribs are very territorial and you can expect them to go after tankmates unless it is a large tank.
